AI Output & Accuracy Disclaimer.
AI can be wrong. This page explains what Ethos A.I does and does not guarantee about AI-generated content.
Effective date: August 2, 2026 · Last updated: August 2, 2026
1. Overview
Artificial intelligence can produce incorrect or incomplete output. This page is a plain-language disclaimer that applies to any AI-generated content the Ethos A.I Website discusses, any AI-related demonstrations shown on the Website today, and — as a matter of intent — any AI output produced by the future Ethos A.I software.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Ethos A.I does not guarantee:
- factual accuracy of AI-generated content;
- completeness of AI-generated content;
- reliability of AI-generated content across different runs, versions, or configurations;
- uniqueness of AI-generated content;
- fitness of AI-generated content for a particular purpose;
- that AI-generated content is free from third-party rights issues (for example, copyright, trademark, or right-of-publicity claims arising from generated output);
- that AI-generated content complies with all laws or regulations that may apply to the user's intended use.
Users should independently review important output before relying on it.
3. No Professional Advice
AI output should not automatically be treated as medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment or financial advice, or emergency guidance. For matters where professional advice is appropriate, please consult a qualified professional. See the Responsible AI page for more.
4. Third-Party Models
Future Ethos A.I deployments may use, support, or interoperate with third-party or open-source AI models. Those models are governed by their own licenses, and each has its own characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and known limitations. The specific models supported at launch may differ from any model referenced in current development materials. Model-specific documentation will be published as part of the product release.
5. User Verification
The reasonable default is: trust, but verify. For anything consequential — a legal filing, a medical decision, a financial commitment, code you are about to ship, a message you are about to send to your whole company, a claim you are about to publish — verify the AI output against an authoritative source, and take responsibility for it yourself.
6. Changes
This disclaimer may be updated to reflect changes in AI technology, applicable law, or the way Ethos A.I works. Continued use of the Website after an update indicates acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
